Copyrights
The participant declares that he/she has all the rights on the presented photo, that the photo is free of third parties´ rights as well as the photo may not present a violation of personality rights. Should there be one or more persons visible on the photo, those persons have to agree to a publication of this photo. The participant furthermore declares to not present material which infringes legal provisions. The posting of any menacing, offensive, libelous, defamatory, immoral or otherwise illegal content is forbidden. Illegal contents will be reported immediately and without exception. Should third parties claim infringement of their rights, the participant will release the organizer from all claims.

Concession of Rights
By sending the photo, all rights of use, including its publication in digital or print media, will be assigned to FERCAM Spa. Should the photos furthermore be used for commercial purpose e.g. for production of merchandise products, the participant will not receive any kind of compensation and cannot advance any such claims.

Data Privacy
During their publication within the competition (during reporting, prize-giving, publication on our homepage, ecc.), the data transferred by the partecipants may be passed on to a third party (e.g. magazine publishers). The participant expressly agrees to this procedure.

Remedies
The judges' decision is final.

Others
The organizer reserves the right to cancel pictures without giving any reasons. There is no legal claim to the publication of the photos.
